24-Foot HVLS Fans: Maximum Coverage for the Largest Facilities

Built for facilities that need up to 22,500 square feet of coverage from a single fan, our 24-foot HVLS fans deliver Hunter Industrial's highest-volume airflow for mega-warehouses, distribution hubs, aircraft hangars, and large agricultural buildings. At 24 feet, you're at the top of the Hunter Industrial lineup: the largest diameter we offer, engineered for spaces where every other option falls short. Whether you need one fan to cover an entire hangar bay or a coordinated array across a million-square-foot fulfillment center, the 24-foot range is where that conversation starts.

Our 24-Foot HVLS Fan Lineup

Three models. One diameter, the largest in the Hunter Industrial lineup. Choose based on your coverage requirements, structural capacity, and budget.

Titan 24'

Hunter Industrial's flagship at its largest. The Titan HVLS Fan, at 24 feet, a single fan covers 22,500 sq. ft., more than any other fan in the Hunter Industrial lineup. It's powered by the same Direct Drive Motor and patented structural-grade steel blade holder that defines the Titan series. At 64 RPM and 204 lbs., it's the highest-performing option at this diameter and the one to reach for when coverage per unit is the priority. Full BMS integration available and adjustable downrod from 2 to 10 feet. Limited Lifetime Warranty. AMCA Certified.

ECO 24'

The 24' ECO HVLS Fan covers 14,400 sq. ft. with aerospace-engineered blades and a Direct Drive Motor, at a lighter 159 lb. hanging weight than the Titan. Running at 62 RPM, it moves a large volume of air quietly and efficiently, a strong fit for agricultural buildings, large retail spaces, and facilities. AMCA Certified. Adjustable downrod from 2 to 10 feet. Limited Lifetime Warranty.

DDI 24'

The DDI HVLS fan delivers simple, high-volume airflow without compromise at its maximum 24-foot diameter, covering 13,000 sq. ft. at 51 RPM and 150 lbs., the lightest of the three 24-foot options. Aerodynamically optimized blades and a Direct Drive Motor keep it running reliably without complexity. Available in three selectable downrod ranges (2.5'–4', 4.5'–6', and 6.5'–10') to match your ceiling height at time of order. A proven workhorse for large open spaces where strong, straightforward air distribution is what you need. 5-Year Warranty.

The Mega Facility Specialist

Our 24-foot diameter is built for spaces where scale is the challenge, not just large, but genuinely large. Here's where Hunter Industrial's largest fans do their best work.

Mega-Warehouses & Distribution Hubs

In million-square-foot fulfillment centers and high-bay distribution hubs, thermal stratification and stagnant air are persistent problems that affect worker safety, productivity, and energy costs in equal measure. A single 24-foot Titan covers 22,500 sq. ft., more than any other fan in the Hunter Industrial lineup. In a coordinated multi-fan layout with our industrial air circulators, a 24-foot fan can deliver consistent, even circulation from one end of a massive facility to the other.

Aircraft Hangars & Aviation Maintenance

Hangar bays with 40- to 60-foot ceilings accumulate a significant volume of stratified air that conventional fans can't move effectively. A 24-foot HVLS fan generates an airflow column wide and sustained enough to push air down through that entire vertical distance and distribute it across the floor. In cold climates, this destratification effect can translate to cost savings, bringing the warm air pooled near the ceiling back down to where mechanics are working. Consistent airflow also helps reduce slippery surface risk, deter birds from nesting, keep dust off aircraft and equipment, and maintain more stable temperatures for sensitive aviation systems. Hunter Industrial recommends the IP66 Fan Drive Enclosure for challenging, covered outdoor applications.

Agricultural & Equestrian Arenas

Dairy barns, equestrian arenas, and large livestock buildings present unique airflow demands. The consequences of getting it wrong are measured in animal health and productivity, not just comfort. Hunter Industrial's 24-foot HVLS fans are well-established in agricultural settings: the wide, slow-moving air column helps reduce heat stress in cattle and horses, mitigates the buildup of harmful gases like ammonia, deters pests, reduces moisture and odors, and assists in decreasing the spread of disease in the colder months by keeping air moving year-round. The near-silent operation is critical in equestrian and livestock environments because loud fans cause stress in animals. For covered outdoor barn and arena applications, Hunter Industrial recommends pairing your 24-foot fan with the IP66 Fan Drive Enclosure for added protection.

Sizing & Installation Pro Tips

At 24 feet, proper planning is the difference between a fan that performs as expected and one that underdelivers because of placement, spacing, or structural issues discovered after installation.

  • Ceiling height range: 24-foot fans perform reliably from 10 to 50 feet above the floor, but they shine in the 20–50 ft. ceiling range common in mega-warehouses, aviation hangars, and large agricultural buildings. The taller the ceiling, the more value the adjustable downrod provides in bringing the fan to an optimal hanging height.
  • Mounting height for Titan, DDI & ECO: Both use Hunter Industrial's adjustable downrod from 2 to 10 feet for precise height positioning.
  • Fan spacing for Titan, DDI, & ECO 24': Follow Hunter Industrial's model-specific spacing guidelines for the Titan 24', DDI 24', and ECO 24'. At this diameter, proper spacing is critical.
  • Structural load: The Titan 24' weighs 204 lbs., the ECO 24' 159 lbs., and the DDI 24' 150 lbs. Confirm your overhead structure's load rating with a structural engineer before installation. This is particularly important in older facilities, hangar structures, and barn roof systems, where load ratings may not be immediately apparent.
  • Agricultural installations: In barn and arena environments, Hunter Industrial recommends the IP66 Fan Drive Enclosure for covered outdoor applications where the drive unit may be exposed to moisture, dust, or variable outdoor conditions.
  • Seasonal operation: Push air downward in summer for the full floor-level up to 10°F perceived cooling effect. Reverse in winter to recirculate the large volume of warm air that stratifies near the ceiling in tall spaces (destratification), cutting heating costs without turning up the thermostat.

Pro tip: Facilities that need a 24-foot fan almost always warrant a proper airflow approach. Contact us for complex layouts, such as multi-zone warehouses, irregularly shaped hangars, and large agricultural buildings with multiple structures, our team is available for a direct layout consultation before you order.

Maintenance & Longevity

At the top of the Hunter Industrial lineup, all three 24-foot models are engineered for the kind of continuous, demanding service that large industrial and agricultural facilities require. The core design philosophy is the same across all three: innovative engineering with durable parts built to last.
